Battle Ropes CircuitThis fun and cutting edge exercise program will be geared for all skill levels. It will be an approximate 20 minute course using ropes, and incorporating intervals of high and low intensity exercises. The class is a full body workout that train your muscles in different ways.

Fundamentals of Jiu JitsuThis course will focus on individuals interested in acquiring the basic knowledge of Jiu Jitsu and defensive skills from the ground.

This class will consist of basic Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, combat Jiu Jitsu and MMA foundations. Through the practice of these principals, ground safety and survival will be developed.
